At Charlie Books, we stand behind the quality of our books. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

3. Physical Products

For physical books, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective.

4. How to Request a Refund
